1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ripple Brain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Ripple Brain provides AI-powered tools that users can access, copy, and monetize through voluntary tips. The Platform includes:

  • Free access to AI tools for content creation, productivity, and business tasks
  • The ability to copy tools and create derivative versions
  • A voluntary tipping system for supporting tool creators
  • Optional subscription plans for increased usage limits

3. Revenue Sharing Model

When users tip a tool, the revenue is distributed as follows:

  • 80% goes to the tool owner (the person who created or copied the tool)
  • 10% goes to the parent creator (if the tool was copied from another)
  • 10% goes to the Platform for maintenance and development

Important: Earnings depend on tool quality, user engagement, and market conditions. There is no guarantee of income. Past performance does not predict future results. Individual results will vary significantly.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: 5 tool uses per day at no cost
  • Pro ($4.99/month): 50 tool uses per day
  • Creator ($19.99/month): Unlimited tool uses

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate account information

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Spam, harass, or harm other users
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems to abuse the service
  • Create tools that mislead users or contain malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to host and display your tools and content as part of the service.

Copied Tools: When you copy a tool, you create a derivative work. The original creator retains credit and earns 10% of tips from your copy, as described in our revenue sharing model.

Platform IP: Ripple Brain, its logo, and underlying technology are owned by the Platform and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. AI Tools and Third-Party Services

Our AI tools are powered by third-party AI providers. Content generated by AI tools:

  • May not always be accurate or appropriate
  • Should be reviewed before use in professional or commercial contexts
  • Is subject to the terms and limitations of our AI providers

9. Payments and Payouts

All payments are processed through Stripe. For earnings payouts:

  • Minimum payout threshold may apply
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
  • We may issue tax forms (e.g., 1099) as required by law
  • Payout timing is subject to Stripe's processing schedule

10. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for third-party AI output or actions

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ripple Brain from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform will be revoked
  • Pending earnings may be forfeited if termination is due to policy violations
  • You may request a copy of your data within 30 days

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
